Our business climate is in flux like never before–business is found, lost, spiking up, spiraling down. When we look back on these unsettling times, it is the individuals, brands and companies able to adapt to this uneven landscape who will persevere. Looking at job advertisements, you’ll undoubtably see “change agent” as a new job requirement–a sign of the times. Every morning, I think about my business and commit to making changes–and actually executing those changes in the span of the day. It is empowering to take action before being acted upon.
