Oh boy. I’ve been busy managing clients’ blogs, web content, newsletters, media, news releases, special events (and everything else) and grossly neglected my own house–my MPW website.
If potential new customers should stop by this site, they will certainly think that I am out on disability or left the country after the painful loss by the U.S. in the World Cup.
Don’t make the same mistake –no matter how crazed the day is–take 15 minutes and add some fresh content (words and images) to your website, at least weekly. It boosts search engine traffic and lets customers know that you are on the ball. Updating your website is like mowing the lawn or polishing your shoes–we all notice and if these things are neglected, and then start to wonder why.
Lesson learned.
